A joyful reunion at the railway station, two fall into each other's arms.
Two who realise in the hustle and bustle of a funfair how much they don't know each other.
When an unknown third person joins them and disappears without a trace, the latent unsaid breaks out.
They argue about who is responsible for the misery and almost forget that someone might be drowning.
